Section titled “Product guide”WizDash is a phone HMI for ESP32. Design a dashboard on the device, map widgets to JSON keys, and export an Arduino template. Projects stay on the phone. There is no WizDash account.
Connections
Section titled “Connections”- BLE: close-range Bluetooth Low Energy.
- WiFi: WebSocket on the same local network as the ESP32.
- MQTT: use your own MQTT broker. Remote use depends on reachability between the phone, the ESP32, and that broker.
The app must stay running and connected. WizDash does not provide cloud alerts that are guaranteed to arrive after it is backgrounded or killed.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Create a local project (free allowance: 1 project, 10 functional widgets; a one-time purchase removes the commercial caps).
- Connect over BLE, LAN WiFi, or your own MQTT broker.
- Export an Arduino template that matches the project’s connection mode.
- For MQTT projects, paste an HTTPS firmware URL. The device downloads and verifies size and SHA-256. A checksum is not a publisher signature.
